- Drink Water. And think before you drink anything else.
- Include Breakfast. And stop eating 2 to 3 hours before bed.
- Eat often. And include a fruit or vegetable each time.
- Tame your sweet tooth. So that you will naturally eat as little sugar as possible.
- Find the fat. And know the good, the bad and the ugly.
- Replace processed, chemically enhanced food for wholesome, close-to-the-farm foods. And as much as possible, avoid products that list food colorings, chemical flavor enhances and preservatives you can't pronounce.
- Eat only until you are no longer hungry. And stop swallowing that lead-filled beach ball!
- Every once in a while, when the urge or circumstance dictates, it's all right to eat outside the guidelines of the other habits. And understand that this habit is just as important as the other seven.
These simple habits are better explained in the book, also you can click HERE and get a more in depth overview of them as well as the chance to print the steps out, I printed it and tucked one in my purse and one on the fridge.
